Token Engineering Labs leads the TERSE program at EthCC[10] — three sessions across the conference, run as a single arc: a Breakout on Day 1, an AI x Token Engineering workshop on Day 2, and the peer-reviewed TERSE academic day on Day 3 — which also carries a dedicated results readout for each of the first two sessions, so everything closes out together.

What TERSE is
Token Engineering Labs leads this program for EthCC[10]. TERSE is guided by an independent steering committee of multiple stakeholders, not run by any single organization. It ran for the first time at EthCC[9] and returns this year due to huge success.
Steering committee: 1kx, Bancor, UZH Blockchain Center, NEAR House of Stake.
The Breakout and Workshop below are open to anyone working on the underlying problems — mechanism design, market design, protocol economics, prediction markets — whatever you call the work you do. "Token engineering" is our name for it, not a membership requirement. The TERSE academic day itself is invite-only and peer-reviewed.

Peer-Reviewed Research, Plus Where the Other Two Sessions Close Out
The invite-only, peer-reviewed academic day of TERSE — 3–4 topic-separated research sessions on mechanism design, market design, and protocol economics — plus a dedicated hour each for the Breakout and Workshop to present their results, so all three sessions land in front of the same room on the same day.
